In the area of consulting, alt+kelber specialises in schedule forecasts and projected quotes, due diligences for residential real estate portfolio or non-performing loan (NPL) transactions as well as in project planning and sales preparation for housing stock.

alt+kelber masterminded all major portfolio transactions for residential real estate in Germany, and performed sales-oriented due diligences for more than 720,000 apartments. More than 55,000 apartments were prepared for successful retailing. alt+kelber's nationwide network has been more than useful for on-site-inspections and valuations. It enables our real estate experts to conduct short-term valuations even for large and widely dispersed portfolios. Our due diligences always take a sales-oriented angle, that is, the experts involved concentrate mainly on possible future sales scenarios. Our staff rely on their long-term experience in appraisal models and portfolio analyses. They cooperate closely with other experts, such as chartered accountants and tax auditors as well as banks.
