We will manage your real estate, and compile the necessary balance sheets for owners or tenants-punctually and meticulously. In doing so, we place heavy emphasis on transparency and clarity. Being at your disposal for the re-letting of your property, our letting service will not just take care of placing the relevant ads, but will also, for instance, review the credit worthiness of prospective tenants through the online service of the German Credit Protection Agency (SCHUFA).

Our facility management will take care, among other things, of the coordination of any work associated with the building facilities-including technical tasks such as heating or elevator maintenance, infrastructure tasks such as cleaning services, janitorial services or building security, as well as commercial tasks such as contract management or controlling. The objective is the long-term operation of a give building at an overhead as low as possible.
