alt+kelber has set up its own in-house program for basic and continued professional development. Regular training classes cover housing sales to tenants, capital investors and owner occupants, as well as sales promotion, among other subjects. Motivational training and video training are also regular items on the agenda. In addition, a basic knowledge in taxes and law, project management and administrative systems are offered.
Also, alt+kelber places great emphasis on the development of trainees. alt+kelber has regularly offered trainee positions for 16 years now. At present, 15 trainees are employed by the company, and are being schooled as estate agents for property and housing economy (Chamber of Commerce certified) in the real estate management division.
