The ZIA Central Real Estate Committee is an economic policy interest group of the German real estate industry, integrated into the BDI Federal Association of the German Industry. The ZIA's goal is to promote the interest of the real estate industry, and to strengthen Germany's position vis-à vis international competition. alt+kelber has been a ZIA member since 2006, and takes active part in the ZIA's Privatisation Task Force.

The ICG Corporate Governance Initiative is a ZIA workshop. The initiative was formed in the fall of 2002, setting itself the goal to develop and endorse the principles of transparent and professional corporate management within the real estate industry. alt+kelber has been an active ICG member since 2006.
