The core services of alt+kelber are housing privatisations - consisting of socially committed apartment sales to tenants, owner-occupiers, and capital investors - and moreover the development of acquisition, disposition, and exit strategies for residential real estate.
We develop sales concepts for newly raised homes in the urban perimeter of major German cities, and will provide opportunities for acquiring investment apartment buildings in attractive locations as capital investments. Naturally, we also offer any other kind of service expected from a professional brokerage firm, and the marketing of non-performing bank loans.

Our experience of many years in the field has shown that a successful privatisation calls for the development of a custom concept for each housing estate, taking all essential aspects of a given property - relating to property, site, tenant - into account. Our sales concept has helped us realise above-average closing ratios.
Not every portfolio is easy to privatise. Yet alt+kelber can rely on extensive experience in the development of acquisition and disposition strategies as well as in sales of residual portfolios. Our objective is always a 100-percent sell-off solution. We use portfolio analyses and sales result analyses to work out a custom sales concept for the speedy sell-off of all remaining housing units in partially privatised housing estates. Based on this concept, the swift sale of individual apartments, preferably to capital investors, is informed by a socially committed approach.
